Step8: ReSt aNd ReCreaTion

We are often caught by our busy schedules and extra-curricular that are never ending. Work can be endless and responsibilities are always on our shoulders. Remember that your work could be finished and at the same time work can finished you. Rest and recreation need not be expensive. Day free from work and with family will do so. As I’ve stated before on my post at Step7: Active Life, even famous personalities takes time to have a spare time on relaxing, that simply indicates that as a simple person ( living in the simple world without any busy scheds to rush in to) we could also do it, just like how celebrities manages to give time for themselves.

Do not always, get yourself into a situation where you give no time for yourselves. Self-preservation now speaks here and not self-deprivation. As long as you can get what you want, and you can have what you need, then be it. Just bear in mind to be kind.

Step7: AcTiVe LiFe

Our body is like machine that has to be put to use to keep it in good running condition. This can be done by exercising which may be in the form of joining activities that requires you to move all your body parts. A person with without exercise runs out of breath when walking for few steps but for athletes few strokes and breaths ma be enough. That is why, better get involved with activities in the office if you are already working,  join school sportsfest if you are studying, be active in community works as a concerned citizen and even go with family and friends outings. These may be another outlet for you body to get acquainted with a little about exercise.

Seeing famous celebrities, knowing that they have these hectic schedules, they still find time to manage it with recreations just to relax themselves and still   perform an active life. Showing how you give love of your time, makes a person more worthy. Takig advantage of the resources that’s just a step away, just awaits for you.

Step6: WaTeR

70% of our body is made up of water. This function has been compared to to our need of God. When our thirst center is stimulated on, water could satisfy it. Think of anything around you, that gives you the attention, importance, love, care, inspiration and hope as WATER. These anything around you could be your friends, colleagues, mentors, family, neighbors and even your enemies, for without these people, like water, you cannot survive all the tasks and tests.

As determined person, we should always bear in mind that we all live not just only for ourselves alone but for all the people arounds us, that we all cared about. I know, I sound a bit weird, but that’s just how I look at the other side of me. Not all the time, we should only care about ourselves, but let’s share it to everybody who never gets tired of showing us, that they do care about us too. It’s just a matter of give and take.

Step5: RoOt OuT tHe BaD HaBiT

Smoking caffeine and alcohol are addicting. Many start taking them just for socializing. But before they know it, they are already hooked on the habit. Addiction is not only limited to these vices you may not know it but you may have habits ruining your life. Computer addiction, gambling, pornographic magazines or even overeating, remember that too much of anything may be hazardous to your health. Root out the bad habit and reap up good health.

I know many of you knows any celebrities and even people in your neighborhood, that has gone a long way,  just to escape and be revived from bad vices that has changed their lives into a bad person, not really bad but another person that is not supposed to exist.

And take their example for your own betterment. As long as we are living, even if one has not yet achieve their dreams, I know that we have something for us, something that could make a person could somehow feel satisfaction in life. So why ruin it, better stay away or even you could have at least put limitatons and considerations in these vices if you think you can’t eventually stopped it now. If we won’t find the time to stop it, you can never escape yourself from it. Although we hear ads, saying that one should take each habits in moderation,I guess that’s a good reminder for all of us. If we love ourselves, then follow it.

Step4: OxYgEn aNd SuNLighT

Fresh air and sunshine are medicines everyone get for free from our environment, the lungs, the heart and blood are interconnected with the ultimate purpose of giving adequate oxygen to our brain. Life without sunshine and air is dull and colorless.

These were I think, the basics that has something to do with life.  And as a source, we all tend to be needing these as our therapy. Breathing fresh air and getting enough sunlight might as well, boost our protection from all those harmful diseases that just floating along the air, ready to attack our systems anytime. And if we are harmed, do you think we could perform the jobs that are assigned to us? Think of it, we too,  has connections why there unsafe particles surrounds us. It’s just a matter of being considerate in everything we do. Please be aware that global warming really is in existence. And we don’t do something that culd even minimze the situation, we are all in doomed. Don’t wait for the time that we all gonna suffer. I’m sure that almost everybody of us here are aware of this.
